St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Participation Form
If you have a group
that would like to be in the parade, whether you are a
small group of walkers or the largest parade float, we
welcome you.
Instructions:
1. You must have an
updated version of Adobe Reader software installed on
your computer. If you do not have the Reader, or
if you are using an older version of the software, you
can download the latest version of the Reader free from
the Adobe Site.
2. Download the
Application Form in PDF format.
3. Print the
Application Form, fill it out, and mail it in by the
application deadline of February 1st. Those who
are accepted into the parade will be notified by U.S.
Mail by February 15th.
